We are hiring a skilled NetScout Engineer to support and enhance enterprise NetScout environments. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance across Voice, Video, WiFi, and data networks.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Provide support for NetScout application (minimum 3\+ years experience preferred)
Manage and maintain NetScout environment and its components
Monitor and analyze network traffic (Voice, Video, WiFi, and Network)
Create and maintain dashboards for various business verticals
Train and mentor engineers on NetScout tools and processes
Plan and manage software upgrades and enhancements
Recommend improvements for performance and system efficiency
Onboard new services and business verticals into NetScout
*Required Skills:**
Hands\-on experience with NetScout tools (nGenius preferred)
Strong understanding of network monitoring and traffic analysis
Experience in dashboard creation and reporting
Knowledge of network equipment and infrastructure
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Experience in telecom or enterprise network environments
