Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and certified Network \& Security Engineer to manage, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet networking devices, Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls, and possess relevant networking and security certifications.

Required Certifications

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – Mandatory
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) – Preferred
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco and Fortinet switches and routers.
• Manage and monitor network performance, availability, and security.
• Configure and support Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls.
• Implement network security policies, VPNs, NAT, ACLs, and firewall rules.
• Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams for network and security\-related projects.
• Maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and security procedures.
• Support security audits, compliance requirements, and vulnerability assessments.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), STP, and VPN technologies.
• Hands\-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet switches and routers.
• Experience in Palo Alto and FortiGate firewall configuration and management.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of network security best practices and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with firewall migration, policy management, and threat prevention is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics \& Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Network Administration and Security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise network environments.
• Knowledge of IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security, and SIEM tools.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
