• *Job Description:**

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Freshers for our Tamil Voice B2B Process team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with business clients over calls, generating leads, and maintaining good client relationships.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to business clients.
• Introduce company products and services to potential customers.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings and follow\-ups with interested clients.
• Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• *Required Skills:**

• Excellent Tamil communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.

• *Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month \+ Incentives

• *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
• *Working Hours:** 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
