Network Support Engineer

The role involves rotation shifts covering 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, operating on a five-day work week. Key requirements include excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with an in-depth understanding of TCP/IP LAN/WAN networking technologies and troubleshooting techniques. You must have experience configuring business-class firewalls and VPNs, as well as knowledge of wireless technologies. Additionally, familiarity with remote desktop and virtualization technologies, networking topologies, and protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN is essential.
