New Car Sales Consultant

A Car Sales Executive acts as the primary link between a vehicle dealership and prospective buyers, guiding customers through the selection, test\-driving, financing, and delivery of new or pre\-owned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• **Customer Engagement:** Greet showroom visitors, respond to phone/online inquiries, and evaluate buyer needs, preferences, and budgets.
• **Product Demonstration:** Showcase vehicle specifications, trim levels, safety features, and warranties, and accompany clients on test drives.
• **Sales \& Negotiation:** Negotiate vehicle pricing, trade\-in valuations, and monthly payment or financing terms to close deals while hitting dealership quotas.
• **Add\-On Services:** Promote value\-added services such as extended warranties, vehicle insurance, and financing packages.
• **Transaction Processing:** Complete sales contracts, manage compliance paperwork, and coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams.
• **Post\-Sale Relationship Management:** Follow up with past and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction, gather referrals, and log interactions in the Dealership Management System (DMS).

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• **Education:** Typically a High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• **Experience:** 1 to 5 years of retail, counter, or automotive sales experience preferred.
• **Communication Skills:** Strong interpersonal, active listening, and verbal persuasion abilities.
• **Technical Knowledge:** Up\-to\-date familiarity with automotive technology, market trends, and financing structures.
• **Attributes:** Goal\-oriented mindset, resilience under pressure, and a customer\-first disposition.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
