New Product Development Assistant and Process Coordinator

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, and result\-oriented professionals to join our growing team at our Mumbai Head Office.

OPEN POSITIONS

1\. Product Executive (NPD – New Product Development)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development activities from concept to launch
• Liaise with Sales, Factory, Purchase, QA, Marketing, and Design teams
• Manage product development trackers and status reports
• Coordinate product catalogues, brochures, flyers, and marketing creatives
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Prepare product presentations, pricing sheets, SKU masters, and specifications
• Support exhibitions, customer presentations, and product launches

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in Product Development, Merchandising, or Product Management
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow\-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
• Experience in consumer durables, housewares, kitchenware, or manufacturing industry preferred

Salary: As per experience, skills, and final interview evaluation

2\. Process Coordinator (NPD)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across all departments
• Create and maintain workflow systems and process trackers
• Monitor project timelines and follow\-ups
• Ensure smooth communication between departments
• Prepare MIS reports and management updates
• Track progress of ongoing projects and tasks
• Support process improvements and documentation

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced MS Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong Coordination \& Follow\-up Skills
• Tracker Management \& Reporting
• Workflow Creation \& Process Monitoring

Experience

• 1–2 years preferred

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

(Depending on experience, skills, and final round of interview)

3\. Process Coordinator

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced MS Excel
• Good Communication Skills
• Coordination and Documentation
• Follow\-up and Reporting
• Tracker Maintenance

Experience

• 1–2 years preferred

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Depending on experience, skills, and final round of interview)
