New Product Development Manager

• *New Product Development:**

• Lead the end\-to\-end development of new products, focusing on formulations involving wax, dye, fragrance, or skincare products.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential gaps in the market.
• Collaborate with R\&D, marketing, and production teams to create innovative products that meet quality and safety standards.
• Oversee new products' formulation, testing, and refinement, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
• Managed product development timelines, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget.

• *Formulation \& Innovation:**

• Develop and optimize formulations involving waxes, dyes, and fragrances ingredients.
• Experiment with new materials, techniques, and technologies to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Work with suppliers to source and evaluate raw materials for product development.

• *Quality \& Compliance:**

• Ensure all products developed meet stringent quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations.
• Conduct stability testing, performance evaluations, and sensory testing for new formulations.
• Document all formulation processes, trials, and outcomes meticulously.

• *Cross\-Functional Collaboration:**

• Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including production, quality control, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the scale\-up and commercialization of new products.
