We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and drive our B2B business growth in the 3P Cosmetics \& Personal Care manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and relationship management within the FMCG /Beauty \& Personal care sector. This role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and the ability to forge strong partnerships to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
\- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
\- Proven track record of successful business development and sales
\- Strong communication, negotiation, Email writing and presentation skills.
\-Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite will be advantage.
\- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
