Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Non\-IT Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment for large\-volume hiring requirements across industries such as Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, BPO, Construction, and FMCG. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for bulk and volume hiring mandates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and field recruitment activities.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve monthly hiring and closure targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and candidate records in recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
- Develop relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local talent pools for mass hiring initiatives.
Required Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring for Non\-IT positions.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
