We are looking for a passionate and performance\-driven Recruiter to join our HR team and support our

growing hiring needs across India.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non\-IT positions

across multiple functions. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the

ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Candidates with recruitment experience in the CSR, NGO, Education, Social Impact, Manufacturing, or

Corporate sector are welcome to apply. Experience in the CSR/Education domain will be an added

advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Non\-IT positions across PAN India.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, networking,

and database searches.

Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring MIS, and ensure adherence to recruitment TATs.

Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2\+ years of experience in end\-to\-end Non\-IT recruitment.

Experience hiring for Sales, CSR, Corporate Partnerships, Operations, HR, Finance, Administration,

Manufacturing, Education, or other business functions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Preferred

Experience in the CSR, NGO, Education, or Social Impact sector.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days.

Company\-issued IT assets will be provided after successful confirmation, in line with company policy

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹43,000\.00 per month
