NPD Manager

• *Job Description:**

We are seeking an NPD Manager to lead new product development from concept and design through prototyping, testing, validation, and production launch. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the complete new product development cycle. • Review customer requirements, specifications, and technical feasibility. • Coordinate product design, prototyping, tooling, testing, and validation. • Work closely with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Sales teams. • Prepare project plans, timelines, and product development documentation. • Drive design optimization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. • Manage engineering changes and ensure smooth transfer to production. • Monitor product quality, development costs, and project milestones.

• *Required Skills:**

• Experience in mechanical product development and manufacturing. • Knowledge of ZW3D CAD/CAM software for 3D modeling, product design, and tooling\-related applications. • Understanding of DFM, DFA, prototyping, and validation processes. • Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD\&T, and manufacturing methods. • Strong project management, leadership, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per month
