Production Manager

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and optimize operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and control daily manufacturing activities. • Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and delivery schedules. • Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production resources. • Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments. • Monitor productivity, rejection rates, downtime, and production costs. • Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturing standards. • Prepare production reports and implement corrective actions.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong experience in manufacturing and shop\-floor management. • Knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality systems. • Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes. • Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel. • Strong leadership, team management, and problem\-solving skills. • Knowledge of ZW3D CAD/CAM is an added advantage for design\-intensive or CNC based manufacturing environments.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per month
