Office Assistant

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to manage the opening and closing of the office and ensure the premises are maintained properly.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Open the office on time and ensure all areas are ready for daily operations.
• Close the office at the end of the day and ensure all lights, fans, ACs, and electrical equipment are switched off.
• Unlock and lock office premises as required.
• Maintain basic cleanliness and organization of the office.
• Assist with minor office\-related tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or security concerns to the management.
