1\. Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about solar projects.
2\. Maintain customer records, files, and project documentation.
3\. Prepare quotations, invoices, agreements, and other office documents.
4\. Coordinate with customers, dealers, banks, and electricity boards (such as Kerala State Electricity Board) regarding project requirements and approvals.
5\.Update CRM/software with customer details, follow\-ups, and project status
6\.Schedule site visits, installations, and service appointments.
7\. Track subsidy applications and maintain related documentation.
8\. Follow up with customers for payments, document collection, and project updates.
9\. Coordinate with the sales, technical, and installation teams.
10\. Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
11\. Maintain inventory records and office supplies.
12\. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
13\. Assist in handling customer complaints and service requests.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹12,000\.00 per month
