About Us

MEDIROUTE OVERSEAS STUDY SOLUTIONS is a growing overseas education consultancy dedicated to helping students achieve their international education goals. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Office Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily office administration and documentation.
• Maintain student records and databases.
• Make outbound cold calls to prospective students and parents.
• Follow up on inquiries and schedule counselling appointments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp and email inquiries.
• Assist counsellors with admissions and application processes.
• Perform data entry and prepare reports as required.
• Coordinate with students, parents, and team members regarding appointments and documentation.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Confident speaking over the phone.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work from the office at SH Mount, Kottayam, Monday to Friday.

Preferred

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Degree, Diploma, or Plus Two qualification.
