We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations for our metal manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for handling office coordination, documentation, record management, and assisting different departments in smooth day\-to\-day functioning.
● Maintain office files, records, invoices, and documentation properly.
● Coordinate with different departments for operational support.
● Attend phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
● Manage office supplies and ensure proper stock availability.
● Prepare reports, data entries, and maintain records in Excel and other office tools.
● Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
● Support HR and Accounts departments whenever required.
● Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of office documents and workspace.
● Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant
● Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
● Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month
