Job Description
Work profile as per our requirements
1\. \*Role\*: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats and resolve customer queries.
2\. \*Support\*: Address complaints, product/service issues and provide accurate information.
3\. \*Order Management\*: Assist with booking, tracking, returns, and after\-sales support.
4\. \*CRM Updates\*: Log all interactions and maintain updated customer records in CRM.
5\. \*Coordination\*: Work with sales, tech, and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.
6\. \*Feedback\*: Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
7\. \*experience\*: Meet KPIs like response time, CSAT, and first\-call resolution rate.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
