Job Description

Clerical tasks: Sorting and sending mail, maintaining files, and updating paperwork
Inventory: Keeping track of office supplies and ordering new ones
Customer service: Managing customer inquiries and greeting visitors
Scheduling: Coordinating schedules and booking meetings and appointments
Reporting: Preparing reports and taking meeting minutes
Project support: Providing general support for ongoing projects
Time management: Juggling many different tasks and working efficiently
Independence: Working autonomously and following instructions with minimal supervision
others: guiding mechanical,civil,carpentary and plumbing works. getting credentials and materials from outside.
visiting officials and helping in coordinating nabh guidelines.
