Identify \& prospect clients — universities, colleges, libraries \& corporates
Assist with lead generation, follow\-ups \& proposals
Coordinate client communication via calls \& emails
Maintain CRM/database records
Schedule demos, meetings \& presentations
Graduate in BBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, or Library Science
Good communication \& interpersonal skills
Basic MS Office (Excel, Word) \& email drafting
Team player with a customer\-first mindset
