Draft professional letters, notices, and official correspondence.
Prepare and respond to business emails professionally.
Generate and maintain Sales and Purchase Bills.
Perform accounting entries and voucher posting in Tally.
Maintain records of invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing and documentation.
Assist in day\-to\-day office administration activities.
Maintain office files, records, and MIS reports.
Support management with documentation and correspondence work.
Ensure proper filing and record maintenance of all office documents.
Good English and Hindi communication skills.
Excellent letter drafting and email writing skills.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime (Mandatory) .
Basic knowledge of GST invoices and accounting documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email Handling.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Commerce Graduate.
Experience in office administration and billing work preferred.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Professional attitude and good communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
