*Job Description**

We are looking for a friendly and detail\-oriented Onboarding and Query Resolution Executive to support our client organisations in onboarding their members onto our digital platforms and resolving their queries promptly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has good communication skills, and is comfortable working with online forms, portals, and basic data.

*Responsibilities**

Assist members of client organisations in registering and updating their details on our platforms/portals
Respond to member queries via email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding onboarding, registration, and data updates
Guide members step\-by\-step through forms, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure successful submissions
Coordinate with the technical team to report and follow up on glitches, bugs, or data discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of member queries, resolutions, and pending issues
Send timely reminders and follow\-ups to members who have not completed onboarding/updates
Prepare regular status reports on onboarding progress and query resolution for client organisations
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the relevant internal team on priority
Ensure a polite, patient, and professional tone in all member interactions

*Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers welcome)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)
Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp for work communication
Patient, empathetic, and customer\-friendly attitude
Good attention to detail and basic problem\-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple member queries simultaneously
Willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly

*Preferred Qualifications**

Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or back\-office coordination (internships included)
Familiarity with online forms, CRM tools, or membership management platforms
Exposure to working with community/membership\-based organisations (Rotary, BNI, etc.)
