Generate business leads through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, and other bidding platforms
Identify suitable projects and submit proposals to potential clients
Communicate with clients to understand requirements and convert leads into projects
Prepare project estimates, proposals, and documentation
Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and execution planning
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospects
Achieve monthly business development targets
Hands\-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, or similar platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in IT Services bidding (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, SEO, etc.)
Proposal writing and client handling skills
Knowledge of lead generation and business development processes
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in IT company bidding and client acquisition preferred
