We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong expertise in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, winning projects, and maintaining long\-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end\-to\-end bidding process on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads
Create and submit customized proposals based on client requirements
Communicate with international clients and handle requirement gathering
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope with clients
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain CRM and track leads, proposals, and conversions
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Minimum 3\+ years of experience as a BDE / Upwork Bidder
Hands\-on experience with Upwork (mandatory)
Strong understanding of IT services and project estimation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet business targets
