- *Seniot Packaging \& Graphic Designer**
Open Secret is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Packaging \& Graphic Designer** who can bring the brand to life across product packaging, digital platforms, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will combine strong packaging design expertise with graphic design skills to create visually compelling and consumer\-centric brand experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging Design
- Lead packaging design projects from concept to final execution.
- Create innovative packaging solutions for new product launches and existing product refreshes.
- Develop print\-ready artwork, dielines, and packaging layouts.
- Coordinate with printers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure production quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, labeling, and packaging standards.
- Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Graphic Design
- Design creative assets for digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Create social media creatives, website banners, advertisements, brochures, POSM, and other brand collateral.
- Develop illustrations, icons, infographics, and visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support brand\-building initiatives through compelling visual storytelling.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints.
Cross\-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Growth teams to translate business objectives into impactful designs.
- Present concepts and design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Packaging Design and/or Graphic Design, preferably in FMCG, Food \& Beverage, or Consumer Brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both packaging and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, color management, and production techniques.
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with D2C or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, AI\-based design tools, or basic video editing is a plus.
- Interest in branding, consumer behavior, and packaging innovation.
