You will assess contracts for potential service expansion opportunities and work on optimizing the effectiveness of current service plans, including plan design and enhancements. A significant aspect involves the general management of Security Supervisors, supporting their operations, and participating in staff training, documentation, disciplinary actions, terminations, and fostering positive employee morale.
