• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive, detail\-oriented Operations Lead to own our post\-sales operations. Once the Sales Team confirms an order, you will take charge of execution: order review, invoice verification, processing, shipping coordination, tracking, and delivery. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Support.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee the post\-sales workflow from order confirmation to final delivery, and resolve bottlenecks before they cause delays
• Review order details, specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery commitments
• Verify and approve customer and purchase invoices against sales orders, quotations, and agreed pricing, coordinating with Finance and Sales on discrepancies
• Manage shipping and dispatch with couriers, freight forwarders, and logistics vendors; track shipments and resolve delayed, lost, damaged, or returned orders
• Follow up with suppliers and vendors on availability, production timelines, quality, and dispatch schedules
• Act as the primary coordination point between teams for post\-sales activities
• Create SOPs for order processing, invoice approvals, shipping, and logistics
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce improvements, using automation and AI\-driven tools where applicable
• Lead and develop the operations team, setting targets and building a culture of accountability and accuracy
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards, track KPIs, and share performance updates with management

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in operations, order management, logistics, supply chain, or e\-commerce operations, including post\-sales and order fulfilment
• Good understanding of invoicing, billing verification, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams and external vendors
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision\-making skills
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem\-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and operational management tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• *Preferred Experience**

• International e\-commerce operations, cross\-border logistics, and global order fulfilment
• Familiarity with Shopify and other e\-commerce management systems
• Experience with international invoices, shipping documentation, and logistics vendors
• Knowledge of workflow automation and AI\-powered productivity tools

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
