Baoxhin India is the exclusive partner for Gotion’s EV battery pack repair and after\-sales services in India. As Gotion’s preferred service provider, we specialize in the repair, maintenance, and lifecycle management of EV battery packs supplied to major customers, including Tata Autocomp. Beyond after\-sales support, Baoxhin India also manufactures battery packs using Gotion cells. Our expertise is dedicated exclusively to Gotion technology, ensuring full compatibility, high reliability, and consistent performance across all battery pack solutions we deliver.

*Role Summary:**

Baoxhin India Pvt Ltd is looking for a hand on and result oriented Operation Manager to manage end to end operation at the factory. The job location is based in Pune. The role requires a strong experience in factory Operations, resource management, quality control, team leadership, performance monitoring.

*Key Responsibilities:**

*Resource Management:** Allocating resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and efficiency, developing schedules and workflows to streamline operations.

*Operation Management:** Overseeing the daily activities of a business, ensuring that products or services are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. Monitoring workflows, production schedules, and resource allocation to maintain productivity.

*Oversee Manufacturing Operations**: Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

*Collaboration skills**: Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to enhance operational performance.

*Safety Compliance**: Implement and enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with legal and corporate safety standards.

*Role Requirement:**

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. A Master’s degree may be preferred.

At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements.

The role typically involves working in a factory setting, requiring a hands\-on approach to managing operations and interacting with production teams.

*Skills Requirement:**

Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and leadership skills are essential. Proficiency in data analysis, budget management, and knowledge of manufacturing principles is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹15,074\.71 \- ₹58,584\.15 per month
