• *Operations Manager – Security Services**

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in security agency or facility management operations
• Knowledge of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act (PSARA) is an advantage
• Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email

Experience

• Experience in managing security guards, supervisors, and field staff
• Experience handling client sites and manpower deployment
• Experience in preparing duty rosters and attendance
• Experience in handling emergencies and resolving client complaints

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Assamese preferred)
• Leadership and team management
• Strong problem\-solving ability
• Time management and planning
• Report writing and documentation
• Client relationship management
• Knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and during emergencies
• Good negotiation and decision\-making skills

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and deploy security guards according to client requirements.
• Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
• Conduct surprise inspections and site visits.
• Ensure discipline and proper grooming of security personnel.
• Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment and training.
• Coordinate with Accounts for salary, PF, ESI, and billing.
• Ensure attendance and leave records are maintained.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure all sites comply with company SOPs.
• Investigate incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Maintain client satisfaction and renew service contracts.
• Arrange training sessions and refresher courses for guards.
• Manage emergency situations and coordinate with police/fire authorities when required.

Preferred Requirements

• Valid two\-wheeler driving licence (mandatory)
• Own two\-wheeler preferred
• Willingness to travel across Guwahati and other parts of Assam
• Available for emergency calls 24×7

Salary

• **₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month** (depending on experience and qualifications)
