Ankur Lighting is seeking a highly proactive, solution\-driven, and execution\-focused Operations Manager who can effectively manage factory operations, cross\-functional coordination, team challenges, and day\-to\-day operational bottlenecks.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, planning, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and ensuring smooth execution across departments.
This role requires someone who can identify challenges before they become problems, take ownership of resolutions, and ensure that business operations continue seamlessly.
- Oversee day\-to\-day factory and operational activities.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
- Ensure smooth workflow between factory, warehouse, dispatch, and office operations.
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership \& Problem Resolution
- Manage and guide operational teams to achieve business objectives.
- Resolve team\-related challenges and ensure effective collaboration.
- Foster accountability, ownership, and performance\-driven work culture.
- Support team members in overcoming operational and execution challenges.
- *Cross\-Functional Coordination**
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Designing, Purchase, Accounts, Dispatch, and After Sales teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and information flow between departments.
- Address coordination gaps and implement process improvements.
- *Process Improvement \& Execution**
- Analyze recurring operational issues and implement preventive solutions.
- Develop systems, SOPs, and controls to improve efficiency and accountability.
- Drive timely completion of tasks, projects, and customer commitments.
- *Escalation \& Decision Making**
- Handle critical operational and customer\-related escalations.
- Take timely decisions to minimize business disruption.
- Ensure quick resolution of challenges affecting productivity, quality, or customer experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Factory Management, Business Operations, or Process Management.
