The Operational Excellence \& Growth Executive will be responsible for building scalable operational systems, fostering a high\-performance work culture, and supporting business growth initiatives across the organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive accountability, create structured processes, and ensure seamless coordination between operations, HR, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- *Key Responsibilities1\. Organizational Excellence \& Work Culture Leadership**
Drive the creation and implementation of systems that improve organizational efficiency, accountability, and employee engagement.
- *Core Responsibilities:**
- Plan, implement, and manage structured daily morning and evening stand\-up meetings.
- Establish clear reporting frameworks across departments.
- Administer and execute peer\-to\-peer review programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly performance review meetings.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Organize and manage monthly town halls with clear agendas and transparent communication.
- Plan and execute weekly employee engagement initiatives such as "Fun Fridays."
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Consistent execution of organizational review systems.
- Up\-to\-date SOP repository.
- Maintain All Documentation and google sites of the organisation.
- Structured performance and feedback mechanisms.
- Improved employee engagement and communication.
- *2\. Operations \& HR Management (SynthWeb \& GrowthCraft)**
Ensure operational efficiency and support people\-related processes across both organizations.
- *Core Responsibilities:**
- Strengthen recruitment pipelines and candidate screening processes.
- Coordinate and improve onboarding programs for new hires.
- Develop structured employee review and feedback systems.
- Maintain HR and operational documentation.
- Ensure process compliance and operational consistency.
- Monitor workforce productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Reduced hiring turnaround time.
- Streamlined onboarding experience.
- Consistent documentation and compliance standards.
- Efficient HR and operational workflows.
- *3\. Growth \& Business Acceleration**
Actively contribute to business growth initiatives through coordination, strategy execution, and operational support.
- *Core Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to support growth initiatives.
- Assist in lead generation planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain company profiles, pitch decks, portfolios, and business presentations.
- Support client communication and relationship management activities when required.
- Create and maintain structured lead tracking and follow\-up systems.
- Facilitate coordination between marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Monitor growth\-related KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Planning of targets to be achieved in terms of converted leads each month.

Pay: ₹14,327\.65 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
