Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results\-driven Operations Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage and optimize daily business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, coordinate cross\-functional activities, analyze performance metrics, and drive process improvements to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day\-to\-day operational activities and ensure smooth business processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Support resource planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with leadership to improve productivity, service quality, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications \& Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Management, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or operational management systems is preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
