Expert\-Ease Tutorial Solutions LLP (www.expert\-ease.in) is a Mumbai\-based listing and onboarding edtech platform for academic tutors and extracurricular instructors catering to Pre\-Primary to Grade 10, with extracurricular skills open to learners of all age groups. The extra\-curricular skills are open for students of all age\-groups. We are committed to screen\-free, personalised learning experiences delivered at the comfort of students' homes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Act as the primary point of contact for registered teachers and newly onboarded parents/clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through telecalling, ensuring timely follow\-ups and effective conversions.
• Manage end\-to\-end client servicing—from enquiry to successful tutor/parent onboarding.
• Conduct virtual Parent\-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and ensure proper documentation
• Create and share demo report cards and learning updates with parents.
• Provide administrative support for all active tuitions, including scheduling and coordination.
• Resolve teacher and parent queries at the first level with clarity and empathy
• Support online and offline lead generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with colleges and institutions for seminars, orientations, and job fair participation.
• Work towards defined targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• *Candidate Requirements**

Graduate in any discipline. Freshers are also welcome.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi

Well\-versed in social media management

Confidence in making calls and engaging with parents, teachers, and institutions

Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides and WhatsApp Business

Strong organisational, coordination, and follow\-up skills

Ability to manage a hybrid role (remote \+ on\-field) independently

Should have a laptop, mobile and strong Wi\-Fi connection.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
