Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Respond promptly to customer inquiries via voice, chat, or blended channels Communicate effectively across various platforms Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism Gain in\-depth knowledge of products/services to provide accurate assistance Handle order processing, applications, and customer requests Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and feedback Coordinate with team members and escalate issues when necessary Provide valuable input for improving customer service processes (For senior roles) Manage and guide junior team members Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualification: 12th pass and above Language: Excellent English Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month Performance\-based growth opportunities
