• *1\. Attendance Management**

• Maintain accurate daily attendance records for all students across batches and programmes.
• Track absenteeism patterns and flag concerns to coaches and management in a timely manner.
• Manage student check\-in and check\-out processes, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Generate and share weekly/monthly attendance reports with the academy director.
• Coordinate with coaches to reconcile attendance discrepancies and update student profiles.

• Manage student enrolments, renewals, and batch transfers in the academy management system.
• Handle fee collection records, issue receipts, and coordinate with accounts for reconciliation.
• Maintain and update student files, waivers, medical information, and consent forms.
• Support scheduling of classes, events, and make\-up sessions in coordination with the coaching team.
• Assist in planning and executing academy events, competitions, and internal showcases.**Skills \& Competencies**
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — warm, clear, and professional with parents and staff alike.
• Strong organisational ability with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with academy or CRM management software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast\-paced, people\-heavy environment.
• A proactive, problem\-solving mindset with a high sense of ownership.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and facility management standards.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a regional language is an advantage.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a front\-facing customer service role.
• Prior experience in a sports academy, school, or fitness centre is highly desirable.
