Role Description

This is a full\-time role for an Operation Executive located on\-site in Hyderabad. The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing daily operational activities, streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and collaborating with other team members to meet organizational goals. Key tasks include monitoring workflows, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring the effective implementation of operational plans. The role also involves communication and coordination with different departments to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to manage and optimize workflows and ensure operational efficiency.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to work effectively within a team and liaise with stakeholders.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify and solve problems and improve processes.
• Proactive approach to problem\-solving and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Need to assign tasks to Graphic designers and Video editors and check if they re completed or not and update in their task lists
• Should maintain their daily tasksheets and give update regarding their performance weekly and monthly
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Coordinate with the client communications team and get updates from clients and their requirements and communicate it with the internal teams.
• Solve all the internal problems

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
