• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

• **Supply Chain Coordination:** Handle purchase orders, Coordinate with warehouses, logistics teams, and distributors to ensure timely deliveries.
• **PO \& GRN Tracking:** Monitor PO validity, delivery appointments, ASN, GRN, and pending order fulfilment.
• **Retail Operations:** Coordinate with Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) customers to ensure smooth business operations.
• **Product Listings:** Coordinate new SKU listings, product launches, pricing updates, and assortment changes.
• **RTV Management:** Handle stock returns, debit notes, credit notes, and inventory reconciliation.
• **Promotional Support:** Coordinate tester requirements, branding, visibility, and promotional activities across retail stores.
• **Operational Efficiency:** Identify and resolve supply chain issues, minimize delivery delays, and improve order fulfilment efficiency.

• *Required Skills**

• **Advanced Excel:** Proficiency in Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
• **Communication Skills:** Strong coordination and follow\-up skills with internal teams, distributors, and customers.
• **Time Management:** Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• **Attention to Detail:** Ensure accuracy in order processing, inventory records, and operational activities.
• **Ability to Work Under Pressure:** Handle multiple responsibilities, urgent requirements, and tight deadlines efficiently.
• **Problem\-Solving Skills:** Identify operational challenges and provide timely solutions.
• **Team Coordination:** Ability to work effectively with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
