Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting day\-to\-day operational activities, ensuring process compliance, managing documentation, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering high\-quality operational support. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day\-to\-day operational processes as per SOPs and business guidelines.
• Review, validate, and process customer/client documentation with high accuracy.
• Maintain records, trackers, and operational databases.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Prepare process reports and MIS as required.
• Support service delivery and achieve defined productivity and quality targets.
• Handle customer/internal queries professionally and within agreed timelines.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1\-3 years of experience in Operations, Back Office Operations, Process Management, Customer Operations, Documentation, or Shared Services.
• Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven and process\-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
