• *The Opportunity**

As our Operations Executive, you will take charge of key functions to ensure operations run seamlessly with maximum efficiency and minimal disruption.

• *Key Responsibilities: Logistics, Dispatch and Material Movement**

• *1\). Dispatch Coordination:** Organize timely dispatch of finished industrial products, material handling components, and engineering spares to project sites.

• *2\). Transporter Management:** Coordinate with local transport networks, handle freight negotiations, track vehicle movements, and resolve transit delays.

• *3\). Documentation:** Ensure all dispatch\-related papers (Challans, e\-way bills, packing lists, and gate passes) are perfectly prepared and executed.

• *Key Responsibilities: Workshop and Site Coordination**

• *1\). Project Support:** Monitor material requirements at project sites and ensure field technicians or site teams receive the necessary spares or equipment on time.

• *2\). Timelines Tracking:** Maintain daily/weekly operations trackers to ensure assembly schedules and project deadlines are strictly met.

• *Key Responsibilities: Inventory and Resource Management**

• *1\). Stock Control:** Perform physical verification of stocks in the workshop or storage area to prevent component shortages or overstocking.

• *2\). Data Maintenance:** Log daily material receipts, consumption details, and movement tracking summaries accurately in MS Excel.

• *3\). Resource Optimization:** Oversee the scheduling and productivity of ground workers, drivers, or loaders involved in material movement.

• *Candidate Requirements: Essential Qualifications**

• *1\). Education:** Any Graduate degree or Engineering Diploma holder with a sharp operational mind (Mandatory).

• *2\). Core Competencies:** Practical knowledge of managing local transport ecosystems, local geography (Delhi\-NCR/Ghaziabad), and material dispatch flows.

• *3\). Technical Skills:** Comfortable tracking schedules, inventory registers, and logistics data using MS Excel.

• *4\). Interpersonal Skills:** Exceptionally strong coordination skills, problem\-solving agility, and a clear, authoritative communication style for handling transporters and ground staff.

• *5\). Location Preference:** Candidates residing in or very close to Ghaziabad / Noida / East Delhi for seamless daily availability.

Prior experience working in operations or logistics for an engineering, fabrication workshop, material handling (MHE), or trading company.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
