We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end\-to\-end operational processes within our B2B insurance business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing policy administration, client servicing, insurer coordination, process improvements, compliance, and team performance while ensuring excellent service delivery to corporate clients and business partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Manage daily operations related to corporate insurance accounts, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, insurers, brokers, and internal teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs and service\-level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Client \& Partner Management
- Serve as the primary operational contact for corporate clients and insurance partners.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, and channel partners.
- Support client onboarding and account management activities.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage operations executives and support staff.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews.
- Provide training on insurance products, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Compliance \& Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor documentation accuracy and policy compliance.
- Conduct regular operational audits and quality checks.
- Maintain records and reports as required by management and regulatory bodies.
Process Improvement \& Reporting
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Drive automation and digitization initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Collaborate with sales, underwriting, finance, and technology teams to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Professional insurance certifications will be an advantage.
- 10 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in a B2B or corporate insurance environment.
- Experience managing teams and client relationships.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate insurance products (Health, Property, Liability, Marine, Group Insurance, etc.).
- Understanding of insurance policy administration and claims processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM/insurance management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
- Leadership and people\-management skills.
Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
