Operations Manager

• Plan workforce deployment as per contract requirements.
• Supervise site supervisors and ensure proper staff attendance.
• Coordinate recruitment for operational staff.
• Manage training, discipline, and performance evaluation.

4\. Compliance \& Documentation

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, safety norms).
• Maintain all operational records and documentation.
• Ensure proper uniform, ID cards, and site registers are maintained.

5\. Financial \& Cost Control

• Monitor operational budgets and control expenses.
• Ensure billing coordination with accounts team.
• Optimize manpower utilization to reduce cost leakage.

6\. Quality \& Safety

• Implement quality control measures.
• Conduct safety drills and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and service quality as per industry standards.

Pay: ₹15,033\.85 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
