Operations Manager- Bookeeping

As Operations Manager, you will oversee day\-to\-day operations, manage team performance, ensure service quality, and support the growth of our clients. You will work closely with senior leadership to improve productivity, strengthen processes, and build a high\-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of bookkeeping and accounting support teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and individual contributors.
• Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and client deliverables.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and client\-specific requirements.
• Manage workforce planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.
• Track and report operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on hiring and workforce planning.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team development activities.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5\+ years of experience in operations management within KPO, BPO, shared services, accounting services, or professional services.
• Experience managing teams of 20\+ employees.
• Strong understanding of performance management and service delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Australian accounting or bookkeeping firms.
• Exposure to Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or other accounting platforms.
• Experience in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, or accounts receivable processes.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
