The role entails complete management of inbound, outbound, and customer support processes, with a focus on ensuring strict SLA adherence, quality standards, productivity metrics, and overall client satisfaction. You will lead a team of Team Leaders, monitor staffing and utilization for operational efficiency, manage work-from-home operations with discipline, and drive process improvements, cost control, and scalability. Responsibilities also include conducting daily and weekly operational reviews and handling client escalations directly.
