Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial \& Regulatory Reporting
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of disclosures and workings
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns
- Manage fund reporting activities and ad hoc client requests
Operational Management \& Governance
- Ensure SLAs and regulatory deadlines are met
- Maintain and enhance procedures and controls
- Identify and escalate non\-compliance
- Drive process improvements and automation
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with stakeholders
Act as escalation point for queriesSupport audits and regulatory inspections- Lead and mentor team members
- Manage performance and KPIs
- Foster a positive team environment
- Manage workload and capacity

Experience
- 8\-12 years in financial reporting or fund accounting
- Experience in team management
- Strong knowledge of investment funds
Education
- Degree in Finance/Accounting
- ACCA or CA is must have qualificatio
