• *Qualifications \& Requirements:**

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum **5\-8 years of experience** in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of team management and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, compliance, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH).
• Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make data\-driven decisions.

• *Preferred:**

• Experience in tertiary care hospitals
• Familiarity with hospital ERP systems and digital health solutions.
