Max Holidays India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager with strong knowledge of Visa Processing, Passport Handling, and Travel Insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end\-to\-end visa processing and documentation.
Manage passport\-related queries and applications.
Coordinate travel insurance services for clients.
Ensure smooth day\-to\-day operational activities.
Communicate with clients regarding travel documentation requirements.
Maintain records and ensure timely processing of applications.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in travel operations.
Strong knowledge of Visa, Passport, and Travel Insurance processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle clients professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation handling.
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
