We are looking for a **proactive Agency Growth \& Operations Manager** who can bring in new clients, manage daily work, and help build our team.
In this role, you will find potential clients (both online and offline), schedule meetings, support sales discussions, and follow up to convert them into paying clients. You will also help hire video editors and graphic designers.
We want someone who takes full responsibility for growing the business and building a strong team, while making sure all work runs smoothly and clients are onboarded regularly.
Pay: ₹3,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
