We are looking for a versatile, highly organized **Operations Manager** to oversee our daily corporate machinery and lead our talent management strategy. streamlining operational workflows while simultaneously driving the full employee lifecycle . The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can build high\-performing teams and optimize the systems they work within.
*Key Responsibilities**
Bridge the gap between people and processes, ensuring that operational capacity perfectly aligns with HR policies and workforce planning.
Oversee office administration, manage corporate asset allocation/returns, coordinate with external vendors, and support regional dealer/sales network logistics.
Lead end\-to\-end recruitment pipelines , facilitate smooth onboarding, and oversee processes for outgoing staff.
Collaborate with department heads to establish clear, measurable Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
Maintain accurate employee databases, handle internal grievances, enforce company policies, and ensure strict adherence to corporate and legal regulations.
*Required Skills \& Qualifications**
5\+ years of blended experience handling operations and core HR duties.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong command over payroll coordination, talent sourcing, asset tracking systems, and vendor management.
