Role Objective

Drive efficient day\-to\-day operations across all outlets by improving sales execution, stock control, staff productivity, customer experience, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Outlet Operations

• Monitor daily outlet performance and sales
• Ensure smooth opening and closing operations
• Maintain SOPs across all branches
• Improve billing speed and customer flow
• Ensure cleanliness, display standards, and shelf arrangement

Inventory \& Stock Management

• Control stock movement and reduce wastage
• Track expiry management and dead stock
• Ensure timely stock replenishment
• Coordinate with warehouse/vendors
• Maintain accurate inventory reports

Team Management

• Supervise outlet staff and salesman performance
• Assign daily tasks and targets
• Conduct training and performance reviews
• Improve discipline and execution culture
• Manage staff scheduling and attendance

Sales Growth Execution

• Execute promotions and campaign activities
• Track outlet\-wise and product\-wise growth
• Improve upselling and add\-on sales
• Analyze slow\-moving and fast\-moving items
• Coordinate loyalty/customer retention activities

Systems \& Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Monitor KPI performance
• Coordinate with management for improvements
• Implement scalable retail systems for future expansion
• Support new outlet setup and operational execution
