Operations Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage daily cab operations, transportation services, and site activities.
• Supervise transport supervisors, drivers, and back\-office staff.
• Monitor vehicle availability, shift schedules, rosters, and route coordination.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues and complaints.
• Ensure timely checking of emails, reports, and client communications.
• Conduct site visits and monitor staff performance and discipline.
• Train supervisors and staff on operational procedures and company policies.
• Monitor vehicle documentation, compliance, and operational records.
• Handle meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and support new project implementation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client\-handling abilities.
• Good knowledge of transport and cab operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and email communication.
• Problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 5\-6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transport, cab, or fleet management industry.
• Must be comfortable with site visits and operational responsibilities.
• Must have strong organizational and coordination skills.
