About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve process efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The role requires strong leadership, planning, resource management, and operational excellence to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end operational activities and ensure efficient execution of business processes.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor productivity, quality, delivery timelines, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and HR teams.
• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
• Manage resource planning, capacity utilization, and workforce productivity.
• Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely execution of business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Engineer with relevant operational management experience.
• 8–15 years of experience in Operations Management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in process improvement and operational planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
